Help a lot with breathing while sleep, only negative is leave your swore after a few nights
I got this to help with my mouth sleep apnea. It did take a couple of nights to get used to. I will wake up in my job will be sore and my mouth a little dry. But after that it started to help a lot, I wake up more rested now. It's super easy to clean and pretty thick.
Initial feel this item does not shape to your teeth at all. If your mouth breather it will not stay in place on the bottom. It hits against the bottom gum line behind the teeth. I will try it tonight and hope it stays in. I will update my review in a week or two.UpdateI have managed to try to wear this for the week as I originally said, if you're a mouth breather it is not for you. It pops out while I'm sleeping.Now the company has reached out to me which is really grateful. I feel that they really try to meet the needs for their customers. Which is why I gave them 3 stars.
Started with the size one and moved up to this size 2! Works fantastic and easy to use, actually very comfortable and not too bulky to wear compared to other custom fit mouthpieces. Very durable, love the design as it has an opening when you close your teeth so you can still breathe through your mouth if you need to. Has stopped me from snoring completely while sleeping!
Definitely helps keep my jaw forward, but teeth are usually sore when waking up. This is my second Z Quiet mouth piece, I'd highly recommend to get the cleaner as well.
